The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) prohibits a conflict of interest with the responsibilities of 一个军官, 员工, 或美高梅mgm的代理人关于第四章贷款. 《美高梅mgm法典》包括以下内容:

1. PROHIBITION—The CIA shall not enter into any revenue-sharing arrangement with any lender.

2. 礼物的定义

      3. 有利的条件, 条件, and borrower benefits on an education 贷款 provided to a student employed by the CIA if such terms, 条件, 与CIA所有学生的福利相当.
      4. Entrance and exit counseling services provided to borrowers to meet the CIA’s responsibilities for entrance and exit counseling as required by subsections (b) and (l) of section 485, 只要……

         2. such counseling does not promote the products or services of any specific lender.

(3)禁止承包安排

1. PROHIBITION—An officer or 员工 who is employed in the financial aid office of the CIA or who otherwise has responsibilities with respect to education 贷款s, 或者是负责教育贷款的代理机构, 不得向任何出借人或任何出借人的关联公司收取任何费用, 付款, or other financial benefit (including the opportunity to purchase stock) as compensation for any type of consulting arrangement or other contract to provide services to a lender or on behalf of a lender relating to education 贷款s.

   2. 美高梅mgm的官员或雇员 who is not employed in the CIA’s financial aid office but who has responsibility with respect to education 贷款s as a result of a position held at the CIA, 或者是负责教育贷款的代理机构, from performing paid or unpaid service on a board of directors of a lender, 担保人, 或教育贷款服务商, if the CIA has a written conflict of interest policy that clearly sets forth that officers, 员工, 或代理人s must recuse themselves from participating in any decision of the board regarding education 贷款s at the CIA; or
   3. 一个军官, 员工, 或者贷款人的承包商, 担保人, 或者是教育贷款的服务人员, 或者担任美高梅mgm的受托人, if the CIA has a written conflict of interest policy that the board member or trustee must recuse themselves from any decision regarding education 贷款s at the CIA.

(4)与借款人的互动——CIA不得——

1. 任何首次借款者, 分配, 通过奖品包装或其他方式, the borrower’s 贷款 to a particular lender; or
2. 拒绝证明, 或者延迟认证, any 贷款 based on the borrower’s selection of a particular lender or guaranty agency.

(五)禁止为民间借贷提供资金

1. PROHIBITION—The CIA shall not request or accept from any lender any offer of funds to be used for private education 贷款s (as defined in section 140 of the Truth in Lending Act), 包括机会池贷款的资金, to students in exchange for the CIA providing concessions or promises regarding providing the lender with—
   1. a specified number of 贷款s made, 被保险人, or guaranteed under this title;
   2. a specified 贷款 volume of such 贷款s; or

1. PROHIBITION—The CIA shall not request or accept from any lender any assistance with call center staffing or financial aid office staffing.
2. CERTAIN ASSISTANCE PERMITTED—Nothing in paragraph (1) shall be construed to prohibit the CIA from requesting or accepting assistance from a lender related to—
   1. 资助管理人员专业发展培训;
   2. 提供教育咨询材料, 金融知识材料, 或向借款人提供债务管理材料, provided that such materials disclose to borrowers the identification of any lender that assisted in preparing or providing such materials; or
